I've called the Inland Northwest home for 39 years and helped families navigate the mortgage process for more than 24 of them. In that time, I've learned one thing for certain: a home loan is never just about the loan. It's about what that loan unlocks for your family, your future, and the kind of life you're building.
My approach is different on purpose.
I hold a Master's degree in Finance and Government Contracting from the University of Tennessee, and I spent years in the corporate finance world before deciding I wanted to do something more meaningful. Today, I don't just help families buy homes. I coach them on using real estate as one tool in a much bigger financial toolbox, the kind that builds long-term, generational wealth.
When you sit down with me, we're not just talking about rates and payments. We're talking about how this decision fits into the rest of your financial life, and how to make sure the home you buy today is helping you reach the goals you have for tomorrow.
What you can expect from me:
>Honest, straightforward conversations (no jargon, no pressure)
>Personalized strategy, not cookie-cutter solutions
>Respect, integrity, and a genuine commitment to your long-term success
>A partner who actually picks up the phone
Beyond the office
My faith in Jesus Christ guides everything I do, both in business and at home. I'm blessed to share life with my incredible wife Amber and our two teenage daughters, Rylan and Alexandra. When we're not working or running the girls between activities, you'll find us fishing the lakes and rivers of the Pacific Northwest, golfing our world-class local courses, soaking up sunshine at our cabin on Loon Lake, or chasing new scenic views somewhere abroad.
We love this place. We love the people in it. And I'd love to help you build something here too.
